Detroit Champions for Hope (DCH) is a strong partner for Congress of Communities (CoC). The mission of DCH is…. CoC is contracted to support Detroit’s District 6 under that mission. CoC has one staff person and 5 contractual workers that do outreach, share resources, and recruit families to join DCH. Together we hold large family friendly events a few times a year.
