Livernois 2 Clark Neighborhood Association

Livernois 2 Clark Neighborhood Association (L2C) serves the residents who live in their boundaries of Toledo St. to the North, I-75 to the South, Livernois Ave. to the West, and Clark St. to the East. Congress of Communities serves as a fiduciary for L2C. Additionally, one of the CoC staff members is on their leadership team, and one of their members serves on the CoC board representing L2C as a stakeholder representative.
