A council of Latinx high school students from Southwest Detroit who meet regularly to build community, explore and share their cultural history, learn about social justice, and create projects that benefit them as individuals as well as their communities!
A program made up of high school students from Southwest Detroit. From hands-on experiences like planting in CoC’s community garden to engaging workshops covering topics like environmental privilege, indigenous healing, and recycling, this program offers a comprehensive learning experience for those who are passionate about nature!
