We are a task force of organized residents who work in partnership with school principals and parent organizations in promoting safety and education for our children.
We are an extended branch of TANN. Members who have completed TANN started this program, which focuses on advocacy.
Amigo’s Childcare
Amigos Childcare is starting soon (pending licensure). UPDATE: We are still waiting on the state of Michigan to approve our childcare license which has delayed our start date.
Informal Caregivers
Empowering informal caregivers with skills, resources, and support. Strengthening care for children and the people who love them.
Support for SW Detroit Children
Through events like Day of the Young Child/Earth Day, Summer Splash, Trunk or Treat, and Holiday Fest, we bring Southwest Detroit families together to celebrate, connect, and build community.
